
511 system delivers real-time data via phone, the Web and road signs
VoltDelta OnDemand provides efficient speech automation for New Jersey’s 511 traveler information services. Tens of thousands of calls per month statewide are answered, providing motorist with real-time traffic conditions, travel times and floodgate weather alerts using automated voice self service system. Voice recognition is enhanced by a unique VoltDelta OnDemand technology called CrystalWAVE, which uses data from past calls to improve accuracy by 10 percent above the core voice recognition engine.
