Speech Automation

SpeechExpressSM is VoltDelta’s latest generation voice automation/Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform.  Depending on the deployment needs, SpeechExpress solutions partially or fully automate Directory Assistance (DA), Enhanced Directory Assistance (EDA), Intercept, and Toll and Assist Operator Services (OS) calls. Calls that cannot be fully automated are routed to the selected OSP with all relevant call details, including information provided by the network switch (e.g., called number, ANI/MIN, trunk group, etc.), partially recognized requests, caller whisper information and caller personalization information. SpeechExpress also integrates with the components used to deliver information via non-voice methods, such as SMS or WAP push to a caller’s handset.

Our SpeechExpress solutions are currently handling over 1.6 billion calls per year.
