FreedomStation™ operator workstations provide a single workstation that can be used by operators for an integrated, multi-function environment for DirectoryExpress^SM Directory Assistance (DA), iExpress^SM enhanced DA (EDA), InterceptExpress^SM, and TollExpress^SM toll and assist operator services (OS). 

VoltDelta also offers HomeExpress^SM, the first workstation and network configuration enabling DA operators to take calls from home without sacrificing quality or average work time.

When coupled with VoltDelta’s ConnectExpress^SM state-of-the-art telephony and comprehensive ACD functionality, including call queuing, operator-to-queue mapping, skill-based routing of calls to operators, and statistics collection, service providers achieve the ultimate level of flexibility to meet the needs of a wide range of customers and services.

VoltDelta’s FreedomStation™ operator workstation is a multi-function workstation, a browser-based “thin client” software framework in addition to Intercept and Toll and Assist operator services (OS).
