- Directory Assistance Solutions - Combines VoltDelta's portfolio of products for directory assistance with its contact centre ACD. Innovative solutions include advertiser-based directory assistance, operator-assisted yellow pages, full voice- and text-automated services, location- and context-sensitive mobile DA and personalised directory assistance.
- Operator Assistance Solutions - Volt Delta’s Call Distribution System (CDS) has been designed to support network and ACD capabilities for a range of contact centres including Toll & Assist/operator services. It provides complete support for all of the typical services such as DA, Emergency services, Alarm call booking and delivery, Service Interception, Mobile advertising and many other services.
- Contact Centre ACD - Volt Delta’s flexible IP-based soft-switch and ACD with integrated voice IVR interaction platform. It provides a complete next generation contact centre system, as well as an integrated IP based IVR system and can also be deployed as a standalone point of presence for network interconnect and call management. The IP voice system can also be provided as a standalone system with a range of CTI options for replacement of legacy IVR systems.
- Mobile Directories and Advertising Platforms - VoltDelta Links allows directory service providers to field voice calls from mobile phones using their existing call-centre infrastructure and deliver results in the form of links to contextually relevant information and services, combined with highly targeted advertising in a number of forms.
SMS solutions support fully automated, two-way SMS inquires for both white and yellow pages searches. These solutions can be licensed or hosted and are compatible with all major SMSC protocols.
