Identification and Attributes for Optimal Call Handling

CallMatch enables contact centers to know more about the caller before the call is connected to an agent. CallMatch captures the ANI (Automatic Number Identification) from Delta On-Call telephony access and performs a variety of database look-ups from LSSiDATA’s proprietary data sets, returning a profile of the caller.  This unique caller insight supports intelligent call routing, pre-populating fields in supported CRM systems, and agent script “pops”.

CallMatch attributes include:

  • Caller Profiles – CallMatch identifies ANI along with names, address, telephone number, potentially gender, and date of birth. Wireless phone numbers and additional landline numbers can also be accessed. Many other records can also be correlated such as homeowner, new mover, and geo-code location.
  • Vast Repository – CallMatch data is derived from data directly sourced from telecommunication providers as well as over 2,600 sources.  Databases contain hundreds of millions of landline, wireless and alternative phone numbers. Public records contribute data such as homeowner and credit score estimates. Web based self opt-in delivers email addresses and other caller information.
  • Immediacy – CallMatch is updated daily. Records such a new mover, local mover, disconnect and business name change are refreshed within 24 hours.
  • Accuracy – VoltDelta steps beyond simply assembling records by “scrubbing” the data to eliminate errors and duplicates. Regular audits by a third party consistently result in confirmed accuracy over 99%.
  • Availability – CallMatch is available as a real-time data feed with flexibility to deliver only records required for a given data element. CallMatch can also be installed as a database on-premise with scheduled updates from VoltDelta.
