Reporting
Real time and historical data allow customer care managers to view volume, call
duration and other statistics via web-based graphical reports from the DeltaTouch
platform. Managers can review a range of standard reports, or export
data for custom reporting requirements.
- Dynamic Reporting – Provides a real-time perspective of call
volume and other statistics with 1 minute granularity for Call Count, Call Duration
and Audio Channel usage. Reports cover inbound and outbound call volumes with
detail available graphically as well as in tabular format.
- Historical Reporting – Managers can define date and time
ranges to generate reports from historical data. Historical reporting provides
a view to past application behavior down to 15 minute granularity
- Multi-Level Access – Managers can enable access for supervisors
or application customers on a per application basis. Reporting access can be
granted for multiple applications or limited to a single application.
- Graphical – Standard charts and graphs deliver performance
at glance. Supporting data for each chart enables more extensive analysis.
- Export – An export menu supporting XML, CSV, etc. makes it
easy to capture detail from specific date and time ranges for drill down analysis.
