Testing is based on actual end-to-end evaluation and is not a “stubbed”
environment. Background noise, call volume and latency checks are included
under increasingly heavy loads. VoltDelta testing test equipment and experience

applications proven in this lab will deliver the service and reliability expected
under the widest variety of conditions.
- TL9000 Certified – All VoltDelta facilities are TL9000 certified. This
means that VoltDelta’s design, development, production, delivery, installation
and maintenance of its telecom products and services are certified against a standard
that tracks performance and provides measures and objectives to continuously improve
results.
- Environment Duplication – Two DMS carrier switches are dedicated for
testing purposes. This means that telephony traffic in VoltDelta labs will
more closely mimic a deployed voice recognition solution.
- End-to-End – Latency within any leg of the call over TDM or VoIP can
introduce call impacting performance issues that can be extremely difficult to pinpoint. VoltDelta
testing facilities cover every leg of a call from the handset through the switch,
to Servers supporting the voice recognition application. The result is deployed
performance with complete assurance of quality over any combination of transport,
switch or recognizer configuration.
