- Voice Message Flexibility – Audio files in .wav format are
supported within the DeltaCast web interface. Menus make it easy to load new
audio files or reuse content from a previous campaign. A studio tool incorporated
within the interface enables .wav file editing. Audio messages can also be
recorded over the telephone with secure access for extremely rapid message dissemination
from any location.
- List Management – Call, SMS and email lists are uploaded via menus
that identify the file and confirm successful transfer. Numbers can also be
added manually with intelligence built-in to resolve dashes and parenthesis. Names
and descriptions customized by the administrator aid ongoing management and performance
tracking. A web-page provides contacts with an ability to remove themselves
from future contact.
- Reporting – Web-based reporting pages display real-time results of
current campaigns as well as completed efforts. Details include number of tries
