DeltaCheck Automated Survey

DeltaCheck enables organizations to quickly create and conduct fully voice-automated telephone-based surveys.  An interactive survey may be offered following an inbound call to a call center or as an outbound service.   Survey respondents react to questions by simply speaking an answer when prompted, or optionally using DTMF input. Key components include:

  • Web-based interface – Within minutes administrators can easily create a survey utilizing a graphical menu. Questions to be asked along with expected responses are input in “survey flow” order. Questions are automatically converted to TTS for audio prompts. The interface also makes it easy to substitute recorded audio files for superior quality and voice branding.
  • Interactive Dialog – Responses can be defined as a single word or a choice of phrases. Administrative flexibility translates to exceptional caller satisfaction as responses can be customized for specific markets, products or geographies.
  • Targeted – DeltaCheck surveys may be triggered on a random basis, or according to previously saved information such as products previously purchased, the caller’s place of residence, or account status. Integration with VoltDelta's CallMatch data can provide a vast range of alternatives including linking ANI (Automatic Number Identifier) with location, homeowner status, new mover, etc. to pinpoint areas of interest from which to gather empirical relational data.
  • Instant Evaluation – Web-based access to DeltaCheck Survey results delivers detail in graphical user formats. Administrators can securely access reports for each survey to review in-process returns or results from previously completed surveys.
  • Voice of the Customer – DeltaCheck Survey makes it easy to capture responses from each caller with call recording facilities. Customer care, marketing and senior leadership can assess the tone and emotion of survey respondents by listening to actual voice input. An ability to sort results based on search criteria quickly focuses attention.
